Before assuming the role of Chief Creative Officer for Central America, Caribbean, Ecuador, and Peru for CAC PORTER NOVELLI, I worked for firms such as Madison DDB, DDB Latina, Ketchum, and independent firms such as ORSON Costa Rica and Findasense in Ecuador and Latin Center with the multinational Coca-Cola Company.

In addition to leading teams in Costa Rica, Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Colombia, as well as working with teams in Miami, Madrid, Argentina, and Mexico.

I have also worked for brands such as Heineken, Hasbro, Coca-Cola, American Express, Toyota, BMW, Mini, Red Bull, Essential Costa Rica, Lenovo, Motorola, Samsung, Walmart, Taco Bell, McDonald's, Nestlé, Bridgestone, and others. I've obtained recognition in festivals such as Effie Costa Rica, Effie Chile, Effie Latam, Ojo de Iberoamérica, Condor in Ecuador, Festival Caribe, Festival Antigua, Sabre Awards, Festival Volcán in Costa Rica, Festival Of Media, PR Week, among others.

But above all, one of the biggest challenges in my career has been the transformation and positioning of Porter Novelli's creative and digital business, breaking the status quo of being an agency only recognized for PR, and integrating more services and becoming a Data-Driven Creativity agency in just 3 years.
