Loren is a passionate employee communication strategist - bringing nearly 10 of diverse expertise to Edelman’s Europe Employee Experience team. She leads employee engagement programmes for clients that translate strategy into action, transform culture and deliver impact.

Loren specialises in delivering creative solutions for organisations and their employees and leads a variety of work including strategic communication planning, transformation and change initiatives, employee advocacy programmes, executive visibility, manager capability building, event coordination, as well as platform introduction and integration for clients. Her global, multi-national clients have spanned a variety of sectors and industries and have included GSK, Heineken, Kering, Microsoft, Nissan, Unilever, Mars Incorporated - and countless others, including not-for-profit organisations.

Loren joined Edelman London from Edelman’s Washington D.C. office where she supported a variety of programmes created to improve company culture, foster an empowered workforce, and accelerate business performance for her clients.

Prior to Edelman, Loren worked at Elan Pharmaceuticals (now Perrigo), a global neuroscience-based biotechnology company, where she coordinated internal and external communication support for a variety of corporate affairs activities.
