Seema’s 20 years’ work experience ranges from integrated communications to discipline specific- Above and Below-the-line Advertising, Digital, CRM, Shopper Marketing. She has worked across blue chip clients like Unilever, Mastercard, Economic Development Board of Singapore, DBS, Nestle, Singapore Airlines and P&G. At R3, she is responsible to work with CMOs on translating their marketing efforts into business results. She is passionate about training and now has an expanded role to include talent management and trainings across R3 offices.
