Royle Productions is a new model production agency that offers fully integrated production services to the creative communications industry. I oversaw Royle clients’ integrated campaigns from concept to delivery, as well as manage its team of producers, production managers and assistants. Along with its founder, I was instrumental in building and shaping Royle’s offering, with a focus on building an exceptional team of producers.

During my time at BBH Singapore, I implemented new ways of working across the production department, including broadcast, digital and print disciplines. As well as being a company partner, I set up the premium post production facility, The Mill Singapore, a joint venture between the agency and The Mill London.
I am a proud alumna of one of the best production departments in the industry, celebrated for its rigour and love of film craft. During this time I produced numerous TV campaigns with budgets ranging from anywhere from £20,000 to £2million, across clients including Unilever, British Airways, Diageo, the Yum Brands and Barclays Bank
