História	Being a father and being a mother is sailing between huge waves of choices that will influence the future of our children. It is being momentarily captain and captain on a vessel that is not ours, on a journey that we do not know where it will lead, but that we dream of being a beautiful, safe and peaceful place. Sweet illusion that is trying to control the indomitable winds of the future. The old lenses of our binoculars do not always reveal the best paths and, sometimes, we insist on routes that no longer lead to where we imagined they would lead. In this journey, I believe that our main contribution is to help extract the transformation potential that they have and prepare them to face with courage, autonomy, responsibility and protagonism the challenges that will come on the high seas of life. This was the conceptual basis that gave rise to the creation of the new campaign by Colégio Sesi da Indústria, Colégio Sesi Internacional and the 1st Sesi School of Reference for Industry in Brazil, represented in more than 30 units throughout Paraná. Educational proposals from Sesi Paraná that show young people that the future is not something to fear, it is something to produce.
