Rachel Rodin Wolman

Rachel Rodin Wolman is the Managing Director of Human Resources, Worldwide, where she oversees employee relations, staffing, and employee development, as well as other human resource functions.

Prior to joining Burson-Marsteller, Rachel was the Vice President of Human Resources at Penn Schoen Berland (PSB), overseeing HR strategy, staffing, training and development, and employee relations for PSB globally and for BAV Consulting (BAVC) in New York.

Previously, Rachel spent nearly 10 years at the Washington, DC-based Advisory Board Company, ultimately as Senior Director of Career Management. Across her tenure at the Advisory Board, Rachel managed all human resources activities for the firm’s largest consulting division; she also oversaw staffing, training, corporate communications and retention efforts firmwide.

Rachel received her BA in English from Columbia University and her MBA in Management and HR Management from Columbia Business School. She lives in Chevy Chase, MD, with her husband and two children.
