Shelley Zalis, CEO of The Female Quotient, is an internationally renowned thought leader, movement maker, and champion of equality. She is a pioneer for online research, becoming the first female chief executive ranked in the research industry’s top 25. Today, as CEO of The Female Quotient, Zalis works with Fortune 500 companies and impact organizations to advance equality in the workplace. Through its signature pop-up experience, the Equality Lounge®, along with the Global Exchange and advisory services, The Female Quotient has created an international community of women rising up to catalyze change. A firm believer in giving back with generosity, Zalis is a proud mentor to women around the world.

Zalis authors a Forbes column that provides virtual mentorship for women in middle management. She is co-founder of #SeeHer, a movement led by the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) to increase the accurate portrayal of women and girls in advertising and media. She is on the board of directors for MAKERS.

Talia Bender is the President of The Female Quotient (The FQ), a company focused on advancing equality in the workplace. The FQ brings visibility to female and diverse leaders through collaborative partnerships and creates metrics for businesses to measure their level of equality fitness. Named on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in Marketing and Advertising, Talia leads the development of innovative national and global programs and campaigns, as well as thought-leadership initiatives for C-suite executives to solve equality gaps.

Talia has been with The FQ from its inception and in 7 years rose from university intern to President overseeing a multi-talented team and client partnerships with over 75 Fortune 500 companies. Talia has been instrumental in building the first and largest community of female leaders at conferences and events around the world, such as The World Economic Forum in Davos, and has developed official Equality Partnerships with major tentpole events including Cannes Lions, Advertising Week, CES and NBA All-Star.

Talia is passionate about increasing visibility, leadership opportunities and entrepreneurship for women and underrepresented minorities. She was named a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Goalkeeper, has been integral in developing the ANA #SeeHer initiative to accurately portray women and girls in media, and serves as an Adweek Executive Mentor.
