Jill is one of Canada’s most awarded brand strategists, and is founder and CEO of Juniper Park\TBWA. Jill has been named as one of Canada’s "Mad Women" by Globe & Mail Report of Business, and in the US, to AdAge's prestigious “Women to Watch” list. Jill’s passion for creating brand platforms was cemented through her prior work at Kraft Foods as co-creator of its award-winning CRM initiative across North America, in addition to numerous brand management and corporate marketing roles.
Graham Lang has won every major industry award across traditional and non-traditional categories. Graham has won over 30 Cannes Lions and has 18 D&AD Pencils to his name. His world-class stature has him named to the juries of The One Show, Cannes Lions and D&AD award shows. Prior to joining Juniper Park\TBWA in 2017, Graham led Y&R to be the most awarded network in Africa at Cannes Lions 2017 with a total of 8 Lions from the region.
Dustin is an internationally awarded strategist who has helped brands realize their next stage of growth through deep cultural understanding and analytical rigour. His contributions have helped guide award-winning creative output across the globe, achieving honours at Cannes Lions, The One Show, and The Clio Awards, along with recognition at every major effectiveness competition in North America including the Effies, 4A’s Jay Chiat, and ARF David Ogilvy Awards.
His success has certainly not come as a lone wolf, having had the pleasure of working alongside some of the most inspiring and talented individuals from around the globe. It is Dustin’s belief that through radical collaboration and empathy, creativity has the power to change the world.
Prior to joining Juniper Park\TBWA, Dustin was Chief Strategy Officer at McCann Canada, led the brand and fan experience teams at MLSE, and was SVP of Strategy & Partner at Sid Lee.

David Toto combines brand strategy with a laser-focused action orientation. With an unrivaled attention to detail, he leads both Juniper Park\TBWA's account team and internal operations, which ensures projects are built as efficiently as possible.
David’s more than twenty-year career has taken him from UK to France to North America. Prior to Juniper Park\TBWA, David was Managing Director at each of Zulu Alpha Kilo in Toronto, Grip Limited, and TBWA/Chiat Day Paris. He has led many successful retail assignments in the past that have made the area one of his specialties, including Bell Canada, Honda, Acura (dealer associations and corporate), Toyota Ontario Dealer Association, Delta Hotels, Danone Group, Virgin Mobile, Quaker, Kronenbourg, Tag Heuer, Michelin, among many others.
Before embracing the agency side of things, David led brand communications for Renault UK in London. David earned his MBA at HEC in Paris, has a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and Physics, and speaks English, French and Spanish.
