Brief	To convey the specialized areas in which Schoen Clinic works, a diverse range of patients had to be cast. Not only did the actors have to match the aesthetic of the patients and conditions presented, but they also had to be able to provide premium class performances that would perfectly capture the emotional weight of their characters disorders.To cover the very specific needs of this film, the net was cast wide, with casting being conducted across Europe in Germany, France and England. A lot of attention-to-detail was given, as it was important that the actors were able to realistically portray the medical conditions of their characters. This would offer more credibility to the film, and therefore the clinic.

We were set the challenge of simultaneously communicating these two points, of cutting-edge medicine and uniquely human care, in a poignant and attention-grabbing way that would set the scene for our David to conquer Goliath. An emotional TV spot was the chosen format.
