História The film takes us through Santa’s journey the year he was diagnosed with cancer, from the discovery of his illness to the various treatments he received at Gustave Roussy, as well as the unwavering support he received from his daughter and the medical staff until he went into remission.
 
Just like anyone who is affected, Santa Claus will go through moments of doubt, despair, and sorrow, but also of joy. As his illness deprived him of the attributes that makes him Santa Claus in everyone's eyes - his long beard and white hair - he persisted, whatever the cost, in working in his workshop to ensure children's Christmases while still undergoing heavy treatment. Thanks to advances in research and the support of Gustave Roussy, Santa is now cured and can resume his rounds and his work, bringing joy to millions of children.
História (língua original) Le film est un conte de Noël moderne dans lequel fiction et réalité s’entremêlent volontairement. Il retrace un fait inconnu mais véridique : Le Père Noël a eu un jour un cancer… et en a guéri.
Comme toute personne touchée, le Père Noël passera par des moments de doute, de désespoir, de chagrin mais aussi de joie. Alors que sa maladie lui dérobe les attributs qui font de lui le Père Noël aux yeux de tous : sa longue barbe et ses cheveux blancs, il s’obstine coûte que coûte à travailler dans son atelier pour assurer le Noël des enfants tout en suivant un traitement lourd. Et grâce aux avancées de la recherche et à l’accompagnement de Gustave Roussy, le Père Noël guérit et peut reprendre ses tournées, son travail et rendre heureux des millions d’enfants.

Problema Cancer has never been cured as much as it is today, yet when we think about cancer, we immediately think of death. Few of us are aware of the incredible progress that has been made in curing this disease. Today, 66% of cancers can be healed, and science has made more progress in the last 10 years than in the last 100.

Problema (língua original) On n’a jamais autant guéri du cancer qu’aujourd’hui et pourtant quand on pense au cancer, on pense immédiatement à la mort. Nous sommes très peu à connaitre les incroyables avancées réalisées aujourd’hui vers la guérison de cette maladie. Aujourd’hui on guérit 66% des cancers et la science a fait plus de progrès ces 10 dernières années que les 100 précédentes.
