It builds on the brand’s mission to transform the world of work by challenging some of the most frustrating parts of finding a job. In out-of-home executions, Stink Studio’s creative describes the ideal jobs that Otta helps people find. Executions such as “A job where it’s the work that’s challenging, not the people” and “A job that makes a real difference. And not just to shareholders.” tap into the mindset of the more discerning job seeker. Online, Stink Studios has created eye-catching animated videos in Otta’s distinctive, abstract brand world. The work addresses common career complaints like difficult colleagues and not being listened to. All creative, both digital and static, was produced in-house by Stink Studios. The ultimate aim is to raise awareness of Otta and drive understanding of their unique position as a job search platform which really puts candidates first. |
