- David&Goliath promoted Brian Dunbar to president and Colin Jeffery to chief creative officer.
- Jon Flannery, executive vice president and executive creative director of FCB Chicago, was promoted to chief creative officer of FCB Toronto. He will work alongside Paul Mead, president of FCB Canada. Flannery begins his new position on August 11 and replaces Robin Heisey, who is leaving the company. While working at FCB Chicago, Flannery was promoted to executive vice president/executive creative director in January of 2013, working on Kmart, Dow, Cox and NHL.
- Bob Porcaro joined GRP Media, a Chicago-based independent media agency, as executive vice president, managing director. He joins the agency from OMD Chicago, where he served as managing director. During his 12 years at OMD, Porcaro provided strategy development on numerous accounts, including Gatorade, Porsche, Quaker, Barilla, BMO Harris, Aaron's, and Walgreens.
- Huge named Nathan Weyer as the agency's new managing director for Europe. Weyer is the former head of frog Europe, which he ran for the past four years.
