In 2022 the Peruvian authorities reduced the maximum speed limit, resulting in lots of grumbling from angry drivers. Something had to be done to remind them of the dangers of driving too fast. So Hyundai and ARENA (Havas) installed posters on the highest buildings Lima’s roadsides. These compared the severity of accidents at specific speeds to the effects of jumping from certain floors. In other words, a crash at 80 km/h is the equivalent of jumping from the 8th floor. The posters raised awareness and educated drivers while affirming Hyundai’s commitment to safety.
