I started here at an art director and after a few years I was appointed to be one of the Coordinators/Creative Directors of our in-house creative department.
As Creative Director at El Corte Inglés I work as a team role player collecting briefing from Marketing teams to develop effective ad campaigns and helping to create a strong brand to achieve customer recognition and brand value.
I take control and leading my creative team with expertise in fashion brands and sport brands, getting new consumer insights and market trends to set strategic plan proposals.
Emergent leadership as opposed to traditional leadership. Humility and ownership. It’s feeling the sense of responsibility, the sense of ownership, to step in, to try to solve any problem — and the humility to step back and embrace the better ideas of others.
Intellectual humility. Without humility, you are unable to learn.
