Jann de Waal is CEO and owner of Info.nl, an agency for the development of digital products and platforms. He is also partner of Fuenta, a network of business innovators. Furthermore, he is actively engaged in various public organisations in relation to innovation, education and the creative industries. For example, he is co-founder and chairman of DDA, the industry association for digital agencies, and in that capacity was closely involved in the establishment of the Federation of Dutch Creative Industries. He was also one of the initiators of KIC!, a cooperative partnership model for innovation in the creative industries. Currently as a member of the management executive, he is involved in CLICKNL, the Top Consortium for Knowledge & Innovation for the creative industries, and is a member of various advisory bodies in the higher education domain (such as the professional universities of Amsterdam and Utrecht as well as Team Academy).
