Responsible for managing creative excellence, innovation and integration across the over 35 Serviceplan offices worldwide as well as handling the client METRO internationally.
Diane started her career in 1999 in a small advertising agency in Hamburg as an apprentice. Afterwards she worked as an Account Manager with clients such as Miller Beer, Danone and Payback/Plenti in Hamburg and Munich.
After finishing her Diploma in Marketing at the BAW, the leading German academy for marketing and communication, she started at Hubert Burda Media, one of Germany’s largest media companies, as Head of Direct Marketing.
In 2012, she joined the Innovation Team of Alexander Schill – Global Chief Creative Officer – at the Serviceplan Group.
