Kyla leads global business development for TBWA Worldwide and is a member of the global executive team. She works with key leaders and offices across the TBWA network to drive growth for the agency, including new business, organic growth, and promoting the network's latest platforms and services. In addition to this role, Kyla continues leading business development for TBWA\​Chiat\​Day New York. Since joining the New York office in January 2014, she has spearheaded the agency's unprecedented run of new business wins including H&M, NBCUniversal, Travelers, Thomson Reuters, Sport Chek, GoDaddy, Pernod Ricard’s Kenwood Vineyards. Formerly Director of Business Development in Europe for Crispin Porter + Bogusky, she led winning European pitches for Coke Zero, Diesel, Ubisoft, Captain Morgan, and the global Turkish Airlines account. She first began her career at TBWA at the network’s Sydney-based Whybin\​TBWA, and gained additional global experience working at both Ogilvy and Saatchi & Saatchi. Kyla is an established industry speaker, having been featured at Advertising Week and Harvard Women in Business events. She also has the distinction of being recognized by the IPA & Campaign’s “Women of Tomorrow.”

Kyla joins the global executive team at an important time in TBWA's history in which it has publicly pledged to achieve a more balanced representation of women in leadership roles across the network. Earlier this week, TBWA appointed Jill Nykoliation as CEO of Juniper Park\TBWA in Toronto, who will also have a seat on the global executive team.

Kyla joined TBWA's New York office in January of 2014, and has since spearheaded the agency's unprecedented run of new business wins, including H&M, NBCUniversal, Travelers Insurance, Amway, Thomson Reuters, Hearts On Fire, and Pernod Ricard's Kenwood Vineyards. Her experience encompasses a diverse range of markets and brands, including Coca-Cola, Kraft, Virgin, Microsoft and L'Oreal.
