The next scene solves the mystery. In the second spot, an office employee tells his team: "Now that FedEx has helped us simplify our e-commerce we can focus on bigger issues. Like our passive-aggressive environment." His colleagues deny they're passive-aggressive. One says: "Hey, there are no bad suggestions here. No matter how lame they are." Such is their paranoia that they don't even believe their boss when he pays them a genuine compliment.
