Titulo | Taking Care of Business |
Brief | The view on people with disabilities in Sweden can be very traditional, resulting in prejudice among employers. This film depicts a society in which people with disabilities are part of everyday working life, just like everyone else. Some are on their way to work, others are already busy. We meet a taxi driver, a surgeon, a museum director, and a group of people working in the stock exchange. The film ends with a call to action: "All jobs are for everybody. Hire us at görplats.se". |

História | The view on people with disabilities in Sweden is both traditional and conventional. This has resulted in ignorance, beliefs and prejudice among employers. Very few people with disabilities get a job and those who do often get less qualified jobs. Our campaign is aimed at these conventions in order to challenge employers to look for competence, rather than to avoid a person with a disability. |
