I joined the company as a freelance consultant in January 1997, became a permanent employee as Commercial Director in late 1999, was promoted to Managing Director in 2001 and to Chief Executive in 2006.
We help nearly 200 clients each year to review their agency relationships in all marcomms disciplines and then assist them in ensuring that the relationship is enduring, productive and mutually successful.
It's a great job at a great company and I'm very privileged to work with so many talented client and agency people on a regular basis.
