História | The objective of this campaign was to make people realise the importance of physical activity in their everyday lives. Studies show that a combination of diet and exercise is the most effective way to lose weight, as it triggers a loss of body fat and a proportional increase of lean tissue, besides benefitting the cardiovascular system. Furthermore, running is an easy and accessible activity, with a decent pair of sneakers and some determination, anyone can run. In order to transmit this message and increase the number of running fans at the Companhia Athletica Gym, we developed this humorous campaign. |
