História | For the launch of the third and last season of Versailles, Canal + wanted to know what, Louis XIV, the key player of this series thought of it. However, as the Sun King died in 1715, we had no choice but recreating his voice by the use of an artificial intelligence. Using the king's health record held by his three doctors during his whole life and every other piece of information we could get, scientists and historians helped achieving this project. With his freshly recreated voice, Louis XIV was then able to discuss the series and his life with Nota Bene, a famous French youtuber specialized in History, and with TechNews, a famous French tech influencer. He was also featured in Konbini’s (French infotainment digital media) “Fast & Curious”, a digital show in which guests answer to forced-choice, closed-ended questions. Eventually, the King would answer to an even broader audience on Twitter thanks to #AudienceAuRoi. |
Problema | Versailles is a Franco-Canadian historical fiction television series, set during the construction of the Palace of Versailles during the reign of Louis XIV. It premiered on 16 November 2015 on Canal+ in France and on Super Channel in Canada. Then it was broadcasted on Ovation in the USA and on BBC Two in the UK during 2016. The series is now at its third and last season. |
