But how do you grab potential clients attention and communicate the product benefit in an efficient way? You don’t. Instead of telling them about the product benefit, we demonstrated it. The ultimate test and the best way to demonstrate the key benefits of Strahl products was simply to send an actual glass to potential clients. By mail. Without any protection whatsoever.

História "If the Strahl glasses resist the post delivery, they can resist everything". To show the resistance of the inbreakable glasses from Strahl, we sent them by mail without packaging with only the adress written on and a stamp sticked on. The glasses were sent to many pubs and restaurants and arrived in a perfect condition.
Filosofia "If the Strahl glasses can resist the post delivery, they can resist everything". The twist was to send many glasses to restaurants and bars in Bergen area (Norway), but without packaging. The addresses were directly written on the glasses with a permanent pen, and the stamps were directly applied on the glasses. Then, the glasses were delivered to the post office.
Problema The brand Strahl and its unbreakable glasses are well known in the world of travel and transport, but almost unknown in the world of catering. In a sector where many glasses are broken each days, our challenge was to get attention from potential new clients and gain market share by demonstrating the resistance og the Strahl glasses.
Resultado Alle the glasses were delivered in a perfect condition. Our potential new clients were very surprised and greatful for the glasses. And the only shop in Bergen area who sells Strahl glasses was sold out for beer glasses a week after the last deliveries. This tsunt has only been done to a local level, but the good responses has made Strahl thinking about making this stunt to a national level.
