|História||Based on one of the oldest Russian fairy tales with a reinterpretation for the more complex world of today's Russia. Set in modern-day Moscow an actor narrates the story to passengers on the city's underground. A young man, Ivan, sets out to recover a golden apple stolen from his father. Befriended by a magical Wolfman he is led to a dealer who promises to return the precious apple in exchange for 'beautiful Helen', whom he wishes to marry. Ivan and Helen fall in love but are prevented from eloping by Ivan's evil brothers, who snatch the apple, kidnap Helen and leave Ivan for dead. The Wolf intervenes and the lovers live happily ever after.|
