Filosofia Storms have gotten stronger and more vicious, and their effects are highlighted in a new Colombian campaign for World Climate Day. In honor of the day, Conservation International (CI) has launched a new spot designed to highlight climate change and the fact that hurricanes, earthquakes and tsunamis happen more and more often in different countries all over the world, to often devastating effects. Conservation International works to protect humanity’s biggest ally in the fight against climate change: nature. The organization envisions a world where nature itself helps address the issue of climate change. With natural disasters leaving behind shocking images and footage, CI thought it was time to convey this to the world and maximize nature’s contribution to the conversation. 'Nature Signs' is another effort to increase awareness to this issue, to help the world see what Mother Nature is trying to tell us. The campaign, developed by MullenLowe SSP3 Colombia, features various shots of traffic signs in the midst of storms. The signs, in the context of these climatic disasters, show how easily life can be altered. Stop signs blow violently in the wind, are covered up by flood waters and obscured by snow.
