Propac, a multi-function marketing agency that connects brands to fans with innovative solutions, has tapped Steve Beckham as Senior Strategic Advisor, Agency Commercialization and Development, a new position, effective immediately, the agency announced.
Beckham has been in marketing, sales, and commercial leadership for more than 22 years and has worked with a number of consumer-packaged goods organizations, including Kellogg, PepsiCo, MillerCoors, and Dean Foods in roles of increasing executive responsibility.
Most recently, he served as a vice president, general manager at CROSSMARK, an outsourced consumer product solutions and services company, in Plano, where he led a large portfolio of national clients.

Before CROSSMARK, Beckham was vice president of marketing for CEC Entertainment, better known as Chuck E. Cheese. He was a key leader in transforming this iconic family brand into an omni-channel marketing powerhouse.
Among his achievements was the creation and execution of advertising campaigns that delivered +1.6% same-store sales growth and a 25% increase in unique visits to CEC.com. The work he did resulted in multiple OMMA awards for the agency and in finalist nominations for two Mobile Excellence Awards (MEA).
Previously, he served as product director and as marketing director for Dean Foods where he led brand and product development teams for a portfolio of branded fluid and cultured dairy products.
Steve holds an MBA in marketing from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and a BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University (TCU). He is a guest lecturer and student mentor for students in SMU and TCU marketing classes.
