Situation’s Founder & President, Damian Bazadona, will chair a jury of renowned leaders to select the winning work that raises the standard in marketing ticketed events in front of live audiences.
“Some of the best work I’ve seen in my career has come from live entertainment brands,” said Bazadona. “I’m thrilled there’s a new platform to celebrate the remarkable creativity in the live events space, and I’m excited to lead the discussion with my peers for this year’s boundary-pushing work.”
The group of visionaries, from both agencies and brands, will come together on October 3, 2019, in New York City to judge this year’s submissions, and winners will be revealed at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on November 21.
As an agency with its own live events production division and a wide range of clients dominating in the entertainment space, the new category at Clio Entertainment is something Bazadona is personally passionate about. He added, “I applaud the Clio Entertainment Awards for recognizing all the exciting work happening in live entertainment, and I look forward to celebrating the brands that constantly raise the bar.”
Bazadona also served on Clio Entertainment’s Digital/Mobile & Social Media jury in 2018. This year he’ll be joined by the following distinguished Live Entertainment jurors:
- Jamaal Parham, Director of Content & Broadcast Production, AKA NYC
- Dawn Baillie, Founder, BLT Communications
