Greg spent the first 20 years of his career on both the marketer and agency side in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. In 2002, he co-founded R3; a global independent consultancy to CMOs on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of marketers and their agencies. R3 has since expanded to manage global relationships with Unilever, Samsung, Pfizer, Coca-Cola, Visa, and Colgate. Greg is the co-author of Global CMO, a detailed analysis of marketing in the age of digital transformation.
ShuFen Goh is the co-founder and Principal of R3. With over two decades of experience in the creative industry and with corporate brands, she is a pioneer in advancing the practice of marketing effectiveness through optimization of agency partnerships and measurement, working with companies such as Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Visa and MasterCard. ShuFen also serves as the President of the Institute of Advertising Singapore, chairperson of the regional APPIES awards, and sits on several boards including Singapore National Gallery, Design Masterplan Committee and the MasterCard Digital & E-Commerce Advisory.

A graduate of the State University of New York, Dave started his career in Agency Account Management with roles at Ogilvy, MRM and other agencies. It was his move to digital agency R/GA in 2005 where his career truly blossomed. Promoted to a Business Development role in 2012, Dave oversaw one of the most successful agency growth phases in the industry, helping R/GA become a global powerhouse and recognized leader in the industry when it comes to Digital Transformation. Dave joined R3 in 2020 to lead Global Business Development with a focus on the U.S and Europe.
Erinn earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a focus in Integrated Marketing Communications from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. She has worked in various advertising agencies with clientele focused in the telecommunications industry. She has strong insights into the millennial target and a passion to keep learning.
Martha is R3’s Business Development and Marketing representative based in Europe, bringing with her knowledge developed as a graduate at Accenture in the Marketing department into Business Development. She worked as an Account Manager in a boutique consultancy which focused heavily on lead generation for creative, digital and communications based agencies. Applying her keen interest in brands and business strategy, introducing an Amsterdam-based digital agency in to the UK market and furthering London-based content agency’s hold in the UK connecting them with some of the biggest brand names. She moved client-side thereafter where she shaped the pipeline and identity of a content specialist which has become a prominent player in the agency scene.
Sarah is Marketing Director at R3 and brings 14 years of experience in strategic communications and PR, working with multinational brands across the Americas, EMEA, China and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining R3, Sarah consulted to c-level executives on brand strategy, thought leadership and competitive intelligence, and has delivered to companies such as AT Kearney, Estée Lauder, Condé Nast, Google, Procter & Gamble, Salvatore Ferragamo, Starbucks and Toyota. Her experience working with both agencies, brands and media provides Sarah with a holistic overview of the changing communications ecosystem and its impact on stakeholders at every level. Unknown to many, Sarah has a background in digital development and publishing and a co-founder of a startup that designs food travel experiences.
