Creativepool named Critical Mass the “Best Agency to Work For” in 2019. In addition, Chris Gokiert, President of Critical Mass was recognized as the People’s Choice Influencer of the Year. Critical Mass was also awarded People’s Choice Emerging Agency of The Year. 

We’re honored to have been named ‘Best Agency to Work For’ by Creativepool. So, what makes Critical Mass such a great place to be? The work? The people? The dogs? Yes to all three. Critical Mass has compelling initiatives, especially around diversity and pooling talent based on skill sets rather than location. This feels like something very different for an agency to be doing but could offer a lot of potential for individuals as well as the agency offering. The onboarding process and development focus is encouraging, as are the arguably more day to day elements that reward employees for their work—a trip to Las Vegas for employees of the month is pretty extraordinary!

In addition, Creativepool’s Annual is the only industry award to distinguish an ‘Influencer of the Year’ – recognizing the leaders that blaze trails and drive change in the industry. None other than our own Chris Gokiert, President of Critical Mass, was recognized as the People’s Choice Influencer of the Year. Critical Mass was also awarded People’s Choice Emerging Agency of The Year.
