Previously an M&A Investment Banker, Harriet has been in the Marketing industry for over 10 years. She learnt her craft working on retail with B&Q and since then, she has gone on to work with Costa at Karmarama as well as Debenhams, Rimmel, Royal Caribbean International and J&J (leading the Calpol, Listerine, Sudafed and OTC medicine businesses) at JWT. Having studied in Singapore and worked in the USA, Harriet has a wealth of international experience across J&J, Royal Caribbean International, Rimmel, Costa Coffee and most notably running the global Dove account for the last four years. During this time she helped double the Dove India business. She is a champion of integration and creating topical talked about work and recognises the power of a distinctive brand world. Harriet joined Pablo in 2018 to head up the Account Management department as well as run NHSBT and Holland & Barrett, where she spearheaded the development of the Me.No.Pause campaign.
Gareth believes in building brands that walk the walk in order to create real reach and talkability. Brands that connect their heritage with what resonates in culture. Gareth has worked both agency and client side, creating campaigns such as Bleed for England, Swear to Help for MQ and helped develop the UK brand purpose for adidas and Holland & Barrett
Having worked both agency and client side, Gareth founded Pablo initially as a beta agency to investigate how to create effective work for a changing business climate. Pablo was conceived as a design and production Agency to compete with costly network agencies, who worked in traditional siloed departments, not talking to each other, and carrying large numbers of employees all far removed from the work. Over time Pablo has developed more productive ways of working with clients and brands to strip out the red tape and excessive process; getting to the answers quicker and allowing for greater time in the production process to craft the work.
