As CEO, Kevin oversees all operations and client relationships for Campbell Ewald. He brings more than 20 years of experience and a proven track record in uncovering consumer insights, developing brand strategies and implementing large scale, national marketing campaigns for signature accounts. At Campbell Ewald, Kevin was instrumental in winning the USAA account in 2009. His other experience includes the FOOD Network, Michelin and La-Z-Boy. Kevin also spearheads the agency’s Open Architecture approach to servicing business. Open Architecture is our approach to creating truly seamless collaboration between offices. With his foodie tastes and interest in cooking, Kevin is the guy you want to invite to a dinner party. With a dual background in creative and planning, and specialties in digital and CRM, Kari brings over 15 years of experience. Moving seamlessly between disciplines, She’s the driving force and architect of the agency’s CXJM discipline. She has helped guide brand-building for brands including Travelocity, Snuggle and Cadillac. She’s also worked on Disney, Chick-fil-A, BOSCH and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and her financial services experience comes from Citizens Bank (retail and small business) and Flagstar Bank (retail and mortgage). Kari is known for jumping in to solve strategic challenges. Her passion for discovering insights and helping brands activate transformative strategies has made her a Crain’s Detroit Business “40 under 40.” Her passion also extends to education; Kari has served as an adjunct faculty member for the College for Creative Studies and is a nationally recognized public speaker. When she’s not building brand journeys, she’s developing her own. Kari is an avid traveler and writer, creating detailed (and designed) travel itineraries for her jaunts and maintaining a travel blog. Jo leads our contingent of Australian transplants in LA and has a perfect accent. She grew up in a rural farming area of Australia and was drawn to advertising by her love of creativity and her abysmal farming skills. She’s also our agency’s first female CCO. She’s an award-winning Creative Director with a 22-year breadth of experience ranging from retail to brand. She brings a real energy for collaboration and has helped to revolutionize the relationship between planning and creative. With her background in design, Jo has also been instrumental in developing our storytelling creative approach and highly visual style. A leader, teacher, facilitator and consummate brand builder, Jo has developed campaigns for Allstate, Hallmark, Black & Decker, DEWALT and Nintendo. Most recently, she has worked extensively on Travelocity, Covered California and Kaiser Permanente.

Jari has over 25 years of corporate financial leadership and management experience. She is a leader with proven success in the areas of financial management, budget development and analysis, government contract administration, client compensation and contracting, and operational process improvement. Prior to joining Campbell Ewald, she held several accounting and finance positions with Penske Logistics, including Director of Finance and Strategic Planning.

As President of Lowe Campbell Ewald, Sal leads our New York operation. With over 10 years as a part of the Lowe and Partners network, he is well versed in delivering global integrated solutions to our clients.
In addition to overseeing New York’s operations and a staff of 40, Sal leads client relationships for MilkPEP, Snuggle, De’Longhi and UNICEF, as well as global relationships for Unilever brands including Becel, Clear, Country Crock, Degree/Rexona, Knorr, and TRESemme. He also plays an instrumental role in the agency’s new business efforts, assisting with the recent wins of De’Longhi and UNICEF.
Before joining Lowe, Sal worked at Saatchi & Saatchi and Bozell. He has worked across a range of clients including General Motors, Outback Steakhouse, PwC, Aruba Tourism, Perdue Farms, Electrolux, Burger King, and Johnson & Johnson.
Sal has an impressive list of pop-culture ad classics to his credit, including the Milk Mustache for America’s Milk Processors, one of the industry’s strongest examples of a successful integrated campaign. And as an industry spokesperson, he’s appeared on CNN and ABC World News Tonight and quoted in The New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.

Zenaida is a marketing leader with more than 10 years of experience. She’s lived both lives — working on both the client and agency side. Zenaida oversees all accounts in our LA office including Kaiser Permanente, Travelocity and Covered California. Previously, she led strategy and development of consumer advertising for Wells Fargo, including both retail and small business. She also oversaw Wells Fargo’s highly successful, award-winning first foray into millennial-targeted advertising. Before moving to the agency side, Zenaida served as Corporate Marketing Manager at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, where she was oversaw synergy planning for four business units, as well as implementation of the company’s rebranding. She also led integrated marketing for P&G’s largest health care brand and Glidden Paint’s consumer advertising and retail distribution strategies. Zenaida live in Los Angeles with her husband and their two children: a three-year-old and a five-year-old. Don’t let her fool you — she’s a Game of Thrones fan who isn’t above throwing the casual “winter is coming” reference into conversation from time to time.

Jamie has a proven track record of delivering effective digital solutions for clients, having worked for more than 17 years in integrated and digital marketing. He believes that data and design speak the same language. His passion is in blending traditional with digital to find moments that create emotionally resonant experiences. As Managing Director, Digital, Jamie works with our creative teams to build digitally native ideas. He’s done it for Kaiser Permanente, Covered California, Carolinas HealthCare and LifeLock. He helped engineer the Total Response ETF (TRXT/BOND) launch, the most successful launch in PIMCO history, and his financial services experience extends to his work on USAA. His B2B experience includes both McKesson pharmaceuticals and Kaiser Permanente. Prior to coming to CE, Jamie lived in Hong Kong, Australia, London and Fiji. He has worked on brands like McDonald’s, American Express and Epson, as well as Internet start-ups. In his office hours, Jamie founded Soul Pancake, one of the most successful YouTube channels to date. An Espresso DIYer, Jamie lives by the motto, “But first, [good] coffee.”
