Before joining La Young to become VMLY&R Paris, Cécile began her career at TBWA, working mainly on the Danone (Institut Danone) and France Telecom brands. She then joined BBDP & Fils when the agency was set up in France, and was lucky enough to be involved from the outset in the development of a fledgling agency that grew from 8 to 80 people in 2 years. Cécile then joined CML/BBDO, where she was in charge of international projects such as Pepsi Worldwide, Masterfoods Europe and Wrigleys Europe, managed from Paris and London. To further strengthen her international experience, Cécile moved abroad to become General Manager of the BBDO agency in Turkey for two years. She had the good fortune to manage an agency of 150 passionate and enthusiastic people, making it one of the best in the country. On her return to Paris, Cécile joined Publicis in 2007 as Global Client Officer, managing global brands such as Orange, Coca-Cola, Carrefour, Heineken, St Gobain and Engie. Cécile's objective has always been to develop the growth of the brands she has worked for, to increase their consistency on a global scale, to make them more accessible, more ambitious and, ultimately, more attractive. In 2016 and 2017, Cécile was involved in the creation of VivaTech, which allowed her to be close to French technology and the world of start-ups. Cécile has always been convinced that creativity and technology are the best way to create strong brands that generate growth. That's why she now heads up the VMLY&R agency, whose positioning is to "create brand experiences connected to culture through creativity and tech".

Dimitri's journey unfolds from the bustling streets of Moscow to the creative landscape of French advertising. Commencing his artistic venture in 2001 as Art Director at BBDO Paris, he later navigated to Marcel in 2007. At Marcel, Dimitri played a pivotal role in shaping the Paris office, cultivating a daring, free-spirited creative ethos, and elevating the profiles of esteemed local and international brands such as Carrefour, Intermarché, Orange, Ray-Ban, Diesel, DS Automobiles, Fiat, and more. Having propelled Marcel to become the three-time most awarded French agency at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Dimitri embarked on a new odyssey in May 2017. As Partner and CCO, he contributed to the establishment of Serviceplan France, crafting compelling narratives for iconic brands like BMW, Auchan, and Groupe Andros. In 2018, Serviceplan Paris claimed the 10th spot among independent agencies worldwide in the Cannes Creativity Report, securing national and international honors, including the French Advertising Agency of the Year award at the GPAA. In June 2019, Dimitri, having solidified Serviceplan as the Most Awarded French Independent Agency in Cannes, assumed the role of co-CEO and CCO at VMLY&R France. Since 2020, he has additionally taken on the esteemed position of WPP Colgate-Palmolive CCO for Europe, Eurasia, and South Africa regions. Dimitri's passion and creative vision have birthed innovative and iconic campaigns, such as Intermarché's "Inglorious Fruits and Vegetables," Ray-Ban's "75 years of Never Hide," and Carrefour's "Black Supermarket." A trailblazer in French advertising, Dimitri boasts a collection of over 500 globally recognized creative accolades, including 61 Cannes Lions, a Cannes Lions Creative Effectiveness Grand Prix, a rare D&AD Black Pencil, two D&AD Impact Black Pencils, a One Show Green Pencil, several Epica Awards and a British Museum of Design "Design of the Year" Award. Prior to presiding over the French Art Directors Club "Grandes Causes" Jury and joining the One Show Social Media jury in 2021, Dimitri lent his expertise as a juror at renowned festivals such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, LIA, Strategies Grand Prix, and numerous others.
