Filosofia | On the National Day of Sustainablity we launched the campaign Join the Ride, for Wasteboards. This new skateboard brand challenges everyone to join the battle against plastic waste. WasteBoards combines unique design with a sustainable mission, by creating professional skateboards from colourful recycled plastic bottle caps. It’s a very cool brand, but above all: it’s a movement. Something people can join, and feel good about it. With the campaign we wanted to emphasize that emotion, by asking people to ‘Join the ride’. First we created the campaign movie, where all aspects of WasteBoards are combined: skating, sustainability and design. From there the campaign was developed that focuses on skaters, design lovers and people who want to contribute to a better world. On social media, every target group is approached with a different message. And by using retargeting methods in the end everyone is exposed to the entire story of WasteBoards. |
